The springs are supplied in custom-made packaging, as the long-headed pens are extremely shock-sensitive. Unfortunately, we can not accept complaints due to improper treatment.
It is important to note that the storage location is dry and only handled with gloves (cotton gloves or similar) to avoid stains caused by sweat, for example.

Abdeckkappe Messing für die Bimetallfeder mit langem Stahlzeiger, montiert auf eine Bolzenrolle, Referenz 339191Die Abdeckkappe verkupfert kann auf die Bolzenrolle geschraubt werden.Wichtiger Hinweis zur Behandlung:Die Federn werden in speziell angefertigten Verpackungen geliefert, da die Feder mit dem langen Zeiger extrem stoßempfindlich sind. Reklamation aufgrund unsachgemäßer Behandlung können wir leider nicht akzeptieren.Bei den Messingkappen ist unbedingt zu beachten, dass der Lagerort trocken ist und diese nur mit Handschuhen (Baumwollhandschuhe o.Ä.) angefasst werden, um Flecken, die zum Beispiel durch Handschweiß entstehen, zu vermeiden.
