Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

The delivery of goods is available worldwide.

Dispatch costs (excl. VAT)

Deliveries within the country (Germany):

Portage/Packaging Germany: €6.90

For orders with a value of €90 or more in Germany and the EU, shipping is free

Exceptions: Extra orders, hazardous materials, freight, and backorders.

Portage/Packaging Poland: €6.90
Portage/Packaging Austria: €6.90
Portage/Packaging Switzerland: €18
Portage/Packaging EU: €9.50
Hazardous Materials Germany (per shipment): €59.00

Deliveries outside the country:

Outside Europe, €25.00 per shipment.

For self-pickup, we will inform you via email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Cash payment upon pickup
Advance payment by bank transfer
Payment on delivery (plus a COD fee of €16.90)
Payment by SEPA direct debit
Payment by credit card
Payment by invoice

Additional Payment Details

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon shipment of the goods.

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

When paying via SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by providing an appropriate SEPA mandate to debit the invoice amount from the specified account.

You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

Credit Check
