For fine adjustment with star-shaped cut-out for the 4 adjustment screws on balance wheel. In Swiss watch without regulator pin (e.g., Rolex). An adjuster moment moving freely in the tool capsule permits precise adjustment using the embossed graduation marks. Important: Opposing balance screws must always be screwed in or out by exactly the same number of graduation marks (+ -).
