The 5700-BD torque spindle equips the 5700 series press units for torque-controlled sealing of waterproof enclosures. The housing bottom is tightened with a defined clamping force of 1 to 5 Nm; the one-way torque trigger (clockwise) activates when the set value is reached, protecting the threads and seal from overload. This ensures that screw connections are made securely and are reproducible across all enclosures. Can be retrofitted to the 5700-A, 5700-Z, and 5700-RO clamping units (our part numbers 372369, 235142, 362861). Handwheel Ø 160 mm. Swiss Made.
