Product information "Quartz watch tester Witschi New Tech Handy II"
Compact test station for all measurements on analogue and digital quartz watches. Device with integrated microphones and a large backlit LCD graphic display.
All measurements, as well as the determination of the measurement times, are carried out automatically.
The New Tech Handy II can be used to perform the following measurements on quartz watches:
1. Measurement of accuracy for analogue quartz watches.
This test determines the accuracy, taking into account inhibition.
2. Measurement of accuracy of LCD watches.
3. Measurement of accuracy of mechanical watches.
4. Power consumption measurement
Measuring the IC and mean total power consumption. For the measurement of the total power consumption, the device determines the correct measurement time corresponding to the pulse period of the stepping motor. The measuring range is between 10 nA and 20 mA.
5. Ohm (resistance) measurement
Measurement of the coil resistance or test of coil insulation. The measuring range is between 1 Ohm and 15 MOhm.
6. Battery test
Measuring the battery voltage with a resistive load of 2 kOhm and an additional connectible 100 Ohm. The measuring range is between 0 - 5 Volts.
7. Power supply for quartz watches
1.00 to 1.55 V in increments of 0.05 V
2.20 to 3.00 V in increments of 0.10 V
