Product information "Moulding Material Formaform"
Properties: Synthetic, rubber-elastic moulding mass. Well suited for first trials since moulds that do not turn out
satisfactory can be remelted and the material then be re-used.
Usage: Ideal for the moulding hobby, making prototypes, quick copying of reliefs and figures.
Processing:Melt in a water bath or a wax melting pot and then pour it over the moulding model.
Hardens while cooling down within 30-60 minutes depending on layer thickness and can then be used for casting.
Suitable casting materials:Polyester resins, polywood. If wax or Artelin are used, the mould must be impregnated with Thermolan.
This will make it resistant against watery and hot casting materials.
Incl. Formaform Thermolan, Formaform Liquid (liquefier) and instructions for use.
